Week 1, Day 4

No births to report for today! LOL

I got NINE glasses of water in today!! I think the only other time I’ve done that is right after delivering my babies. I also got all of my fruits/veggies in.

Completed my workout - another 63 mins for today.

I talked with my sister, who I’m staying with for Thanksgiving, and she said she has enough room for me to do my workouts at her house. BUT, she said she won’t make healthy food for Thanksgiving dinner. So, I’m going to have to find some yummy recipes and sneak them in there. Any suggestions?

    That’s great that your working on getting in shape so soon after you had your baby!
    Mine is almost one year and I am just now getting my butt in gear:)

    Ha ha! “No births to report today”… just when I was getting use to hearing about a new life everyday, darn! Ha ha! Great job on getting in all of that water and a great workout. As for adding some healthy to the Thanksgiving spread, vegetable sides are great. You can eat healthy on this occasion but I never do because I get so caught up on family and enjoying myself. It’s great that you are planning this far ahead. Fill us in on your healthy finds for the holiday.

    Great job!! My mom and I made a whole Thanksgiving dinner once with Weight Watcher recipes, the turkey was to die for! I would check some of those recipes out.
